Spring Greens & Citrus Salad with Toasted Almonds
Why it's great for oral health:
Leafy greens like spinach and kale provide calcium, folate, and vitamins essential for strong teeth and gums.
Citrus fruits (in moderation) offer vitamin C, crucial for healthy gums and preventing inflammation.
Almonds deliver calcium and protein to support tooth enamel and overall oral wellness.
