STRESS-FREE ICED TEA INGREDIENTS
1-4 Schisandra & Chamomile Adaptogenic Stress teabags
1-4 teaspoons of Chamomile Calming Honey
1 squeeze of lemon juice
THE RITUAL
Boil water in a kettle.
