STRESS-FREE ICED TEA INGREDIENTS

  • 1-4 Schisandra & Chamomile Adaptogenic Stress teabags

  • 1-4 teaspoons of Chamomile Calming Honey

  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice

THE RITUAL

  1. Boil water in a kettle.

  2. Turn off the heat, then add 1-4 teabags (depending on desired strength).
