Ingredients:

  • 2 handfuls organic spinach

  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen

  • 1 cup organic plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup organic almond milk

  • 1/4 cup chopped organic pineapple

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
