Chewy Chia Seed Pudding
Chia seeds are an excellent source of calcium, which helps strengthen tooth enamel. This pudding is a delicious and nutritious way to get your daily dose of chia.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup organic chia seeds
1 1/2 cups organic almond milk
1/4 cup organic maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup organic mango, chopped
1/2 cup mixed berries

Pantry:
Organic chia seeds
Organic maple syrup
Vanilla extract
Dairy/Refrigerated:
Organic almond milk
Produce:
Organic mango
Mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc. – fresh or frozen)
Optional:
If you don't usually keep maple syrup or vanilla extract on hand, add those to the list as well.
Instructions:
In a jar or container, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Stir well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, for the chia seeds to thicken.
Layer the bottom of a serving glass with chopped mango.
Pour chia pudding on top of the mango layer.
Top with mixed berries and enjoy!
